Project Overview

The City of Lafayette has received an application from Bestall Collaborative Ltd., requesting annexation and zoning of the property located at 8600 Baseline Road. The proposed annexation is approximately 34.4 acres. The long-term vision of the applicant is to develop a proposal of a mix of dwelling units for affordable/attainable, Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD), aging-in-place, and market residents; however, no applications for subdivision or site development have been submitted with the annexation and zoning request.
