Project Overview
The applicant is proposing a new industrial building at the NE corner of 120th Street and Eastwind Drive. The proposed building is approximately 23,000 square feet. Along with the new building, the parking lot will be enlarged, and there will be new landscaping throughout the property. The parking modification proposes to reduce the required off street parking from 155 to 120 spaces.
The Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) application and parking modification was reviewed and approved at a public meeting at City Council's January 20, 2026, subject to conditions. The Minor Subdivision for the project is currently under review.
