The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at Lafayette City Hall located at 1290 S. Public Road. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing to speak on the request.

Written testimony may be submitted on the webpage below (see link) or delivered in hard copy to the Planning and Building Department at Lafayette City Hall.

Planning Commission Public Hearing Rescheduled; Regular Meeting still taking place tonight

Due to an unexpected lack of a quorum, the Planning Commission will be required to continue tonight's Public Hearing on the Application for Special Use Review of a Self-Storage Building and a Caretaker Dwelling Unit and Site Plan and Architectural Review for Lot 10, Block 1, Black Diamond Subdivision (685 Aspen Ridge Drive). The Public Hearing will be continued to April 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

The Planning Commission meeting will still take place tonight, and the Commission will conduct the other business items on its posted agenda. The expected lack of a quorum affects only the Public Hearing identified above.

Anyone who planned to testify at tonight's Public Hearing should plan to attend the continued Public Hearing on April 8, 2026, to provide testimony at that time. Anyone who cannot attend may submit written testimony by no later than 1:00 PM on April 8, 2026, at www.lafayette.gov/PCPublicInput or by mail/hand-delivery to 1290 S. Public Road, Lafayette, CO 80026, Attn: Planning Public Hearing.

In addition, all written testimony that was submitted for tonight's public hearing by 1:00 PM today will be included in the record for the continued Public Hearing on April 8, 2026, and does not need to be resubmitted.
