Intent to Develop

Prior to submitting a Preliminary Plan application, the applicant must complete the Intent to Develop process. The Intent to Develop process is a 10-day online forum where the public can comment on the illustrative plan provided by the applicant. A link to this plan and the applicant's project narrative can be found under the "Documents" tab on the right-hand side of this page.

The Intent to Develop process will begin on July 18, 2026 and close on July 27, 2026. Comments must be submitted using the comment form link below (available July 18, 2026), which will only be accessible during the designated comment period.
