Project Overview
The City of Lafayette has received several applications from Kensington Development Partners & Tebo Partnership, LLLP, for annexation and development of two adjacent parcels located at the southwest corner of Arapahoe Road and State Highway 287. The proposed development is an approximately 38-acre project that includes a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The Sketch Plan was reviewed by the Planning Commission on January 21, 2026, and City Council on February 3, 2026.
