Project Overview
The City of Lafayette has received several applications from Kensington Development Partners & Tebo Partnership, LLLP, for annexation and development of two adjacent parcels located at the southwest corner of Arapahoe Road and State Highway 287. The proposed development is an approximately 38-acre project that includes a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The Sketch Plan was reviewed by the Planning Commission on January 21, 2026, and City Council on February 3, 2026.
On June 24, 2026, the applicant submitted a Preliminary Plan application, which follows a Sketch Plan. The application is currently under review by City staff and external referral agencies.

The applicant may then incorporate community feedback into the next iteration of their project and a summary of the meeting is provided to Planning Commission for its review of the application.
