Project Overview
The applicant is requesting to annex two parcels located at the southwest corner of Arapahoe Road and US Highway 287 in Boulder County. The total land area consists of approximately 38 acres. On February 18, 2025, City Council reviewed the first of two annexation petitions and found that the property is eligible for annexation. A petition for the second parcel has been submitted to the City and is scheduled for a public hearing at City Council's October 28, 2025 meeting to determine its eligibility. The annexation petitions are the first step in a muti-application process for future development of the property.
A Sketch Plan is expected to be submitted to the City that will reflect both parcels.
