The developer of the Range (Kensington) will be submitting an application to incorporate the ~ 3.5-acre Erie parcel that lies immediately southwest of the Arapahoe/HWY 287 intersection. The Town of Erie has disconnected this parcel from their jurisdiction, so it is now eligible to be included in Kensington’s application request. Because the annexation process is the same for both parcels, the annexation request for this land needs to follow the same steps as the larger Tebo/Kensington parcel did earlier this year, beginning with a neighborhood meeting.
