The City is launching its very first Historic Preservation Plan in October 2019. Historic Preservation is the protection and preservation of the City’s historic and cultural heritage, as embodied in designated historic landmarks and districts, by appropriate regulation; and the enhancement of property values, and the stabilization of historic neighborhoods within the City. This plan will guide historic preservation goals for the next 20 years.

Topics which will be examined as part of this plan include:
1. Historic Context
2. Future Surveys
3. Education and Outreach
4. Goals and Policies
5. Others?
